King Island is renowned for it's impeccable growing conditions, pure air and water, green grassy pastures, and a hint of sea salt. Cattle and sheep roam freely, creating the perfect low stress environment.

Our meat is free of hormones, antibiotics and GMOs. The low stress environment guarantees the most tender, juicy and flavoursome beef and lamb.
